Just tried v0.73 and that wont recognize the keyboard or mouse either.
Thats v0.65, 0.73, and 0.74 not working with Hero Quest.
Gonna try once more with v0.72 then i'm gonna have to give up.

Well thats 0.72 not recognizing my keyboard either. I have no idea whats wrong. Lands of Lore works fine! Why wont this.

I got v0.72 working now.
When the game starts and the intro appears it wasnt letting me do anything. Had to push the windows button on keyboard to return to desktop to find 2 dosbox windows open. One called quest and one called intro. Close the intro then open up the quest. Works fine after that!

UPDATE: The quest and intro window only appear at the same time after pressing the windows button when it feels like it.
But have discovered if you just sit through the intro everytime the game begins fine after.

FINAL UPDATE: Turns out it does work with v0.72. When the intro starts just push ESC.

In order to not have to see the intro every time, run QUEST.EXE instead of HERO.EXE on subsequent plays.
However you will need to watch it the first time.

Any idea on how to save a game? can DOS-BOX do it?
