I follow the tutorial as best as I can and install everything where it says to but when I get to the (autoexec) mounting portion I kinda get lost. I type it what it shows but when I save and exit and start the dosbox it does not load themepark. Instead it just loads the dosbox start up.

Hi, it sounds like the commands didn't save or save in the right place. Head back to the dosbox.conf file and check if the commands are still there and make sure they saved below [autoexec] also as it sounds like one of those two.

Hi, have you run any other games in Dosbox and run into this issue?

I have a similar problem. It says it is unable to change directory to 'theme', and then of course the 'main' command doesn't work. I'm on Vista, and am on administrator settings. Any ideas?

Hi Dosbox is attempting the open the theme directory and it isn't present. The game zip file might have extracted in the wrong directory. If you do a search for main.exe where does it show up on your hard drive?

hey Glenn

I have it all up and running and I am so excited to finally be able to do so! I have been looking and looking for a way to make theme run. Thank goodness! But anyway, my problem, can I change that configure script in a way that will make theme park run slower! Like inputting a different number in the cycles? Help would be much appreciated.

thanks its great, but is there a way to scroll inside the game? I could only create my park as big as my screen was, and was unable to move to a different part of the park.

It all worked as I hoped and I'm now playing Them Park again! Yay!
One question though, is it possible to make the dosbox bigger or full screen?
